RESUMO / ABSTRACT / RÉSUMÉ

 

As Empresas Municipais (EM), integradas no Sector Empresarial Local (SEL), foram criadas no sentido de alcançar eficácia e eficiência no desempenho das organizações públicas e assentam numa filosofia que lhes permite a adopção de Práticas de Gestão de Recursos Humanos (PGRH) semelhantes às usadas pelo sector privado, que melhor contribuam para o desempenho organizacional. O presente estudo procura analisar em que medida as PGRH se encontram associadas com a satisfação no trabalho e de que forma a motivação no trabalho e o comprometimento organizacional intervém nessa relação. O estudo incidiu numa EM, e face à ausência de estudos neste sector, pretende-se também caracterizar a percepção das PGRH, na perspectiva dos trabalhadores. Participaram neste estudo 194 trabalhadores, que colaboraram com a resposta a um questionário. Procedeu-se à análise estatística dos dados com recurso a técnicas de correlação e regressão hierárquica. Os resultados obtidos sugerem que as PGRH revelam baixa predição de satisfação no trabalho.

Human resources practices and job satisfaction: the mediating role of motivation an organizational commitment

The Municipal Enterprises (ME), integrated in the Local Business Sector (LBS), were created to achieve effectiveness and efficiency in the performance of public organizations and based on a philosophy that allows them to adopt Practices of Human Resource Management (PHRM) similar those used by the private sector that best contribute to organizational performance.This study seeks to examine the extent to which PHRM are associated with job satisfaction and how the work motivation and organizational commitment are involved in this relationship. The study focused on ME, and in the absence of studies in this sector, the aim is also to characterize the PGRH. Participated in this study 194 employees, who collaborated with the response to a questionnaire. Proceeded to the statistical data analysis techniques using correlation and hierarchical regression. The results suggest that PGRH show low prediction of job satisfaction.

Pratiques de gestion de ressources humaines et satisfaction au travail: l'effet médiateur de la motivation et engagement organisationnel

Les entreprises municipales (EM), intégrés dans le secteur des entreprises locales (SEL), ont été créées pour atteindre l'efficacité et l'efficience dans la performance des organisations publiques, et repose sur une philosophie qui leur permet d'adopter des pratiques de gestion des ressources humaines (PGRH) similaires ceux utilisés par le secteur privé que le mieux contribuer à la performance organisationnelle.Cette étude vise à examiner la mesure dans laquelle PGRH sont associés à la satisfaction au travail et comment la motivation au travail et l'engagement organisationnel impliqué dans cette relation. L'étude a porté sur la SEL, et en l'absence d'études dans ce secteur, l'objectif est également de caractériser les PGRH. Ont participé à cette étude 194 employés, qui a collaboré avec la réponse à un questionnaire. Nous avons procédé à l'analyse statistique en utilisant la corrélation et de régression hiérarchique. Les résultats suggèrent que les PGRH montrent prévision basse de la satisfaction au travail.
